Give us enough to work with — the page you are writing about and what specifically you want us to look at. Vague notes take longer to act on than detailed ones.

What we can help with

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If an entry describes a building or a facility wrongly, tell us what is wrong and, where you can, point us at something that shows it. We would rather fix a page than defend it.

Suggestions for properties that belong in one of the four categories are welcome. So are questions about how we write, what we include, and why something is or is not here.

What we cannot help with

We cannot book a room, change a booking, cancel one, or find out what happened to yours. We have no relationship with any property listed and no access to anyone's reservation system. Anything to do with an actual stay has to go to the hotel.

We also cannot quote rates or confirm availability. Those come from the property.
